Teen Patti Master Login Problem? Fix OTP, Blocked Account & Lost Guest ID
Few things are more frustrating than an app that won't let you in — especially when there's money in your wallet. The good news is that nearly every Teen Patti Master login problem falls into one of six patterns, and most take a couple of minutes to fix. Find yours in the table below, then follow the detailed steps.

The short answer
For OTP problems, wait a minute, switch networks and check your SMS filters before requesting again. For a stuck loading screen, update the app, clear its cache and set your phone's date and time to automatic. For a blocked or lost account, contact support from inside the app with your user ID. Never share your OTP with anyone.
Find your login problem
| Problem | Usual cause | Quick fix |
|---|---|---|
| OTP not coming | DND, weak signal, SMS-blocking apps, too many requests | Wait 60 seconds, switch network, check SMS filters, then resend once |
| Guest account gone after reinstall | Guest data lived only on the phone | Contact support with your old user ID; bind a number from now on |
| "Account blocked" or "frozen" | Multiple accounts, VPN, emulator, or suspicious activity | Turn off VPN, use one account, contact in-app support |
| Stuck on loading screen | Old version, full cache, wrong phone date/time | Update, clear cache, set automatic date and time |
| Changed or lost mobile number | OTP goes to the old number | Ask support to change the number; keep KYC details ready |
| "Network error" at login | Mobile network or Wi-Fi blocking the game server | Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, turn off data saver |
OTP not coming
This is the most common login complaint, and it's rarely the app's fault. Work through these in order:
- Wait 60 seconds. OTP messages can be delayed at busy times. Pressing "Resend" repeatedly can get your number temporarily blocked from receiving more.
- Check the right SIM. On dual-SIM phones, make sure you entered the number of the SIM that's actually in the phone and active.
- Look in spam and promotions. Many phones and apps like Truecaller filter automated SMS into a separate folder.
- Check DND. Strict Do Not Disturb settings with your mobile operator can block some automated messages.
- Switch network. Turn airplane mode on for ten seconds, then off, so the phone reconnects to the tower.
- Try again later. If you've requested too many codes, wait 30–60 minutes before trying once more.
Guest account lost after reinstalling
If you played without binding a mobile number, your account was a guest account, and guest data usually lives on the phone. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or switching phones can make it disappear. Contact support with your old user ID (check old screenshots) and any deposit receipts or UPI transaction IDs — these are your proof of ownership. Recovery isn't guaranteed, which is why the first thing to do on any fresh install is Bind Mobile from the profile screen. "Account blocked" or "frozen"
Real-money apps watch for patterns that look like fraud or bonus abuse. The common triggers are:
- Running more than one account on the same phone, or using cloned / dual-app features
- Logging in through a VPN, or from an emulator on a computer
- Several accounts sharing one bank account or UPI ID
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
Turn off any VPN, stop using duplicate accounts, and contact support from inside the app with your user ID. Explain plainly what happened. Don't create a new account while the old one is under review — that usually makes it worse.
Stuck on the loading screen
- Update the app. Old versions often stop connecting after a server update.
- Clear the cache: Settings → Apps → Teen Patti Master → Storage → Clear cache. Avoid "Clear data" unless your number is bound.
- Fix date and time. Set them to automatic. A wrong clock breaks secure connections.
- Free some space — at least 1 GB — and restart the phone.

Changed or lost your mobile number
Your OTP goes to the number bound to the account, so a lost SIM means you can't log in on a new phone. If you still have the old phone logged in, check the profile for an option to change the number. If not, contact support with your user ID, KYC details and recent deposit or withdrawal records. Getting a replacement SIM for the same number from your operator is often the fastest fix.
Keep your account safe
Login trouble attracts scammers. Fake "support agents" in comments and Telegram groups offer to fix your account and then ask for your OTP. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN or password with anyone, and only use the help section inside the app. Our customer care guide lists the genuine support routes, and if money is involved, see the withdrawal guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Teen Patti Master OTP not coming?
The usual reasons are DND settings, weak network, an SMS-blocking or spam-filter app, a dual-SIM phone receiving on the other SIM, or requesting the OTP too many times. Wait a minute, switch networks, check the SMS filter, and request it once more.
Can I recover a guest account after uninstalling?
Sometimes, but not always. Guest progress is tied to the phone. Contact support with your old user ID and any deposit receipts. To avoid this in future, bind your mobile number as soon as you install the app.
Why was my account blocked?
Apps commonly block accounts for running more than one account on a device, logging in through a VPN or emulator, or activity flagged as suspicious. Use one account on your own phone, turn off VPNs, and contact support from inside the app.
Can I use one Teen Patti Master account on two phones?
You can usually log in on a new phone with your bound mobile number and OTP, but logging in on several devices at once, or switching often, can trigger security checks.
Someone asked for my OTP to fix my login. Should I share it?
Never. No genuine support team asks for your OTP, UPI PIN or password. Anyone who does is trying to take over your account or your bank.
